1.What if I order a special pre-order item?
We will ship your order as soon as it hits our street date for shipment. If you placed your order with in stock items, we will ship those separately.
2. Do you guys ship on holidays?
We will ship during Holidays hours and do our best to get you your order in time for Christmas and other holidays where our demand usually exceeds our usual flow.
3. How do your items ship?
Most of our products ship in Epitome Of Evil mailers so you will be aware of when our products are arriving for delivery.
4. Can I request something that is out of stock?
Chances are if it was a special order item and out of stock, we will not be getting more in. But you can always use our contact form to reach out to us to check.
Shipping & Returns:
1. What do you guys use to ship?
We usually ship by insured USPS Priority Mail but some products we will ship via Fedex due to size constraints.
2. What do I do if I need to exchange a size?
Just send us an email and we will gladly work with you on getting a replacement item sent out for the correct size.
3. How long is your return policy
We will accept all merchandise w/tags for 30 days after an item is purchased.
4. What if the package is lost in transit?
We will work with you on reaching out to the appropriate agency to make sure your package is found and placed back in transit.
5. Can you ship to Military or PO Boxes
Most of the time, yes. In some rare circumstances we will need to verify your address with you before the item ships.
1. Do you accept bitcoin?
Unfortunately we do not.
2. For Pre-Order items when will I be charged?
When you place the initial pre-order you will be charged at the time of sale and we will inform you of shipping updates.
3. Can I split payments?
As much as we would love to assist in splitting payments, we are currently not set up for that.
